Welcome to dealing with the "StateFarm Dickheads...."
When I got hit 3 1/2 years ago I went through the same BS with my '81
coupe They told my that they were goin to total my car based on "Local"
value and not Book Value. At that time book was something like $3500 and
they were claiming that the local value was like $800. I got the State
Atty. Gen. and state insurance commision involved and got a $3000 check
in 3 weeks......... Good luck!
Later!
