Arun, I just noticed the same thing on mine.  I was going to pop the 
door panel off and use some epoxy on the cracked areas, then use a 
small drill to clean out any holes which might have been blocked by 
it flowing.  I've had really good luck with the epoxy which comes in 
a side-by-side tube configuration with a "push handle".  I'm not sure 
what kind of plastic those grilles are, but I suspect it will take 
something aggressive to bond them.

Afterwards, I'm gonna watch my feet.  Those grilles look a whole lot 
stouter than they really are.....

Other ideas?
