I am listening. (and I believe the club is also) 

As event master for the Watkins Glen event, I would like to hear any and all 
comments & suggestions for my upcoming event.  The cost will NOT change this 
year, and that issue has been beaten to death,  so we won't cover that.

What do you as members want in an event?  Please be as specific as possible.


For those of you that attended last year, what would you like to see changed?
What do you want to see kept?  If you were in charge, what would you do?


What can I do as an event master to make this event more enjoyable?


How many people on the track at a given time is acceptable?


How much track time per day is adequate?


Do you want classroom instruction?


Do you feel that car control exercises are necessary?


Is the availability of Audi trained mechanics at the event important?


Is a group dinner something you would like?  Would you be willing to pay for 
this dinner?


How important is having an official "hotel"?


Do you think it is unreasonable to conduct the tech inspection the day before 
the event, instead of the morning of?


My goal this year as well as the last 2 years, was to hear everyone walking 
away muttering "HOLY S**T, that's the best couple hundred dollars I ever 
spent."   How can I acheive this?
