Another angle on someone else's good idea for improving QCUSA instruction:

  How about some QCUSA 'instructor schools' where interested and experienced drivers can receive instructor training from trained, professional instructors, QCUSA 'Instructor Certification' and some open track time all for free in exchange for providing 'Certified Instruction' for QCUSA participants at future open QCUSA events?
