K26 Data/installation questions

After 1.75 hours of swearing, my "new" $75.00 K26 nameplate has the
following data:

KUND NR    89/075       28  00
GROSSE     K26  2664GA6.90
ATL NR     11141
AUSF NR    5326  970 6412D

This came off an 85 or 86 (4 headlamp) turbo. Any date info here? Deciferable?


Any tips on the install?  The exhaust exit studs were in the way of the 15mm
exhaust 'in' nuts - major pain to remove them. I saved all oil/exhaust
gaskets. I suppose I should use anti-sieze on all exhaust bolts/studs... One
of the studs appears galled - I should be able to recover one from my old one.

I did keep the water supply tube, as I know somebody is looking for one.
