I've thrown this option out. With the subs firing from below the rear
steats, the bass image would probably most stable of all the
configurations, but it sounds too difficult to pull off. I'd like to
install the subs in the rear deck, using the deck as the baffle, and a
small enclosure bolted to the underside of the deck, but that means
cutting into that metal frame under the deck. Is this thing important?
Will it harm structural integrity if I cut into it? I don't want to put
anything under the seat, or behind the front seats on the floor. I've
got size 13 feet, and I had a heck of a time figuring out what to do whit
them in the back of Pat's car whith those tubes on the floor!
One more question. My friend and I are still having a debate over tire
sizes. Can the collective consciousness of the list confirm or deny that
a 205/50-15 is close in overall diameter to a 195/60-14?
Thankx much,
