I think it's worse than this.  "QUATTRO CLUB MEMBERS" also means no QCUSA
members who have let their membership lapse.  It seems that folks in the "let
it lapse" category have just as large an interest (probably larger if they wre
irritated enough to dump the Club) in finding out where funds are going as
anyone else!
