OK, I'll take a stab at a few of these

Problems w/power seat controls --> sounds like a simple short in the 
wiring or even broken wiring.  Might want to check the power seat relays 
as well.

Climate control stuck on --> almost certainly the blower control unit 
under the hood (that plastic part).  It's on the passenger side, has two 
connectors going into it.  From the top, looks like a little black 
rectangular box mounted near the A/C.  If you remove it, it has a large 
metal heat sink.  Replace this baby, and I bet your problems will be 
solved.  I had this exact problem and that was the culprit.
