Climate Control / Blower control

Sorry to butt in BUT would that be the same on an 87 5KCSTQ? My blower goes
nuts when it starts to warm up outside. When it's cool, no problem. It
starts to go haywire when the temp is over about 60 degrees or so. As our
temps here in NE Iowa are varying greatly this spring, I have had ample time
to observe this behavior. Cool morning, say 35, fan works normally. Later
that same day temp has topped 60, fan blow erratically, blows on high when it
shouldn't, and then just keeps a blowin' when I press OFF. Seems that it is
definitely somehow affected by temp. When you mentioned a "heat sink" it
just made me wonder...
