On the Ur-Q, the order is something like this.
Do the clutch slave first, and get that closed
off good, or you will have problems later.
Then the left, rear, right rear, right front,
and left front last. I would add that the 
brake bias valve (right under the resevoir)
should be done after the clutch and before 
the first brake, just to make sure the bubbles
are out of it.

wrt fluid brand:  Some listers have
recommended the Super Blue used in BMW's.
They sell it at Imparts, mail order.

If you have problems getting all the air out,
and think you may have ran it dry, you may want 
to go back to the brake bias valve again and 
start over from there.
