until that time?  is that a threat or a promise?                                
there is that typical lack of specifics, such as a date or even a timeframe     
for the next board meeting.  i would like to have seen "these issues are        
so critical to the survival of this organization that we have sheduled an       
emergency board meeting and will post a reply by early next week"               

and monkeys might fly out of my butt...
