You should be able to just remove the lower guide pin bolt and swing the
caliper upwards.  That's what the Bentley says.  It works and it's a lot
less hassle.  BTW: You're supposed to replace those guide pin bolts, tho'
it seems that mine weren't last time given the blue loctite on them.
