My Father has a Canadian spec 5000 CD TQ, and I have a US 5KCSTQ.  As far 
as I can tell, they are the saem car with a few minor regional 
differences.  The CD has Ronal multi spoke 15x6 wheels, while the CS has 
the 6-spoke 15x6 wheels.  The CD has a hot air feed for the intake for 
cold startup which the CS does not.  The CD also has a the concentrated 
windshield washer reservoir and switch that is shown in the Bentley, but 
is not on my CS.  There may be a few other differences, but nothing 
really major.
