... not at all ... that tube provides meterd air to the turbo inlet,
not the other way around. Our '88 has the same symptom, and although
I've never traced it down, I imagine that there's some sort of PCV
hose hooked up to an upwind point in the intake tract. I wouldn't
worry about it ...
