Jeffrey,

What is your insurance deductable? A similar think happened to me (except
it was rocks) and Nationwide paid to have my windshield and euro headlight
lense replaced, and the hood, front trim, windshield pillars, and roof
repainted. Since the body shop fried the roof mounted antenna when they
removed it, it's at Sunset Audi being replaced (5/7/96). The insurance
company footed the whole bill - about $2000 including the antenna - less my
$100 deductable. When I first saw the estimate, I thought they were going
to total the car, but it never came up. BTW, the reason we carry a low $100
deductable is that we go through about one windshield and headlight a year.
Our insurance hasn't gone up (because the damage is comprehensive) and the
savings for going to a $500 deductable is not that great. Good luck.

P.S. Nationwide is an excellent insurance company!
