Karen and QCLUB

I do not have Karen's direct email addres..sorry..

But I wanted to thank her for helping me and straightening out a matter 
for me, I did receive the information in the mail.

I think we have every right in the world to bash QCLUB until they put out 
some documentation, but I think beating up on Karen is wrong. She 
represents the club and should take our concerns to the club, and in turn 
report back to us. If the club doesnt get off their butt, lets not blame 
her. SHE hasnt done anything wrong.


I have found her to be quite helpful, timely and in general a very nice 
person.
