Works for me, Paul.  It's a bargain at half the price (so to speak).  I
doubt that anyone on this list hasn't saved more than that from access to
the expertise and information shared.  Paul, since you started this ball
rolling, you should throw in your $0.02 worth on who to send it to.  I vote
to just send it to Dan wrapped in sympathy cards.
