Yet another tire question

Hello all,

I've had a blowout and need to replace a tire. The problem is that 
Bridgestone no longer makes the 205/60HR-14 (now on V rating and up) that I 
have.

Two questions:

I understand that all four tires should be the same make/model/size/speed 
rating because I have AWD and ABS. Can I get away with a different 
model/same speed rating on the front vs. the rear? This is for the cost 
savings over buying four.

While in fantasyland earlier, I calculated that a 225/40R-16 would have a 
very similar diameter to the original 195/60R-14. What horrible things would 
I have to do to my fenders to fit these tires on the car?
