Hi Peter,
My experience with the Euro cars I've driven (rented), has been that almost
all of them put out a high beam that really covers everything in front of
you, cutting off about at a six foot high person standing 20 feet in front of
the car...Left and right is totally illuminated as well, that's why Europeans
rarely use them at night - quite blinding.
I don't know what could be wrong...maybe try a different brand of bulbs??
Make sure that they are Euro-spec...(I guess that's what an H4 is....I'm no
expert)
