FW: Dunlop 205/55/15 that fit
Some questions if you dont mind. What offset are your rims and what is the
width? Where exactly did your tire rub on the trailing edge? Can you give me
an idea how you rolled the fender under? Also curious about how bad the
rubbing was?
I have the H&R Boge setup and I am very happy with the results. It lowered
the car maybee a 1/2 inch from what it was at before(110,000 miles). I dont
think it lowered it to much and l think it looks better than stock. It really
takes the corners hard and still has a very acceptable ride. It is firm but I
like it a little better that way. I might get the Koni's next time for the
adjustability that they offer.

Someone was talking about the tire size question. I have an 86 4KCSQ, that
is now wearing TSW Evo 15" with D40M2 205/55/15 tires. I have experienced
some rubbing along the top edge of the fender, which has now been rolled
under. The second place, is along the trailing edge of the wheel well,
where the plastic ender body sits. This has been worn a bit, and I have
had to cut it down. I am about to do a suspension upgrade to the whole
car, with some shocks and new springs that will make it stiffer, but i will
definitely not lower the car in the rear at all. Suspension Technique race
tech up front, a little lower about an inch. Same as stock in the rear,
but maybe stiffer. Boge pro-gas, or something else all around. Anyone
else with experience with the suspensions on these cars or specific parts?
I would Appreciate the suggestions.
