Jammers are annoying...

First, a bit of Audi content: my new A4Q is finally
due to arrive in port on May 22!

Now, for the totally-off-topic stuff.  This morning
on Route 78 in NJ, my Valentine-1 was sniffing some
constant-on X-band radar up ahead that seemed to
be relatively steady in strength.  Suspecting it
wasn't police, I sped up... and in a mile or two,
came across a 3-series remmiB with New Car Dealer
plates that was the cause of the annoying emmision.
This guy had a jammer that was constantly on (at
least for the 5-10 minute episode), and was really
strong... had my indicator pegged from at least ten car
lenghts.  Really annoying.

Does anyone else get ticked off by this kind of
thing?  Am I being silly?  I was ready to either
call the troopers or run FCH's little radar tower
off the road!


Yet another case where it's good to have something
that can tell you what direction and how many signals,
instead of a box that just says "there's radar in the
air"...
