	Don't be so fast with that drill.  It all depends where you go for your 
inspection.  I always go to the inspection station on the MCgrath O'Brian 
highway in Medford, right at the end of the off ramp from I93.  It takes them 
about 5 minutes to do an inspection, and in the last 3 years, they have never 
said word one bout my front plate not being there.  YMMV.
