Believe it or not, Yellow WAS a factory color.  Autoweek had just such
an animal on the cover July, 10, 1989..."Coupe Quattro- Successor to 
the Car that Made Audi Famous.

BTW :  The test vehicle had NJ plates...

Don't ask why I happen to have a copy of that issue at hand...
