That would be low boost we are talking about realitive boost not absolute 
boost.  Your gauge is reading absolute boost which would be 3psi of boost 
and that would be low.  Stock you should read 1.3 all the time and 1.4 
bar sometimes which would equal 4.5 to 6psi.  There are some of us on the 
list (Like Me) that are running 2.1bar absolute boost which is 16psi
