Motivation to be on the list for sure....
....   hmmmm  maybe a clarification on the definition of "chip" mods might be
in order:  Is it your claim mr W, that your modifications are to the CHIP in
the ECU via reprogramming the CHIP?  Or is your simple $5 way more an ECU
mod?  Me thinks the latter of just about all the modified ECU's sold...
 Whatever, and please, if you do, I will certainly confirm and clarify...  It
is not necessary to modify the chip, and FEW do....  CARB exemption is pretty
easy with board mods, cuz @ WOT emissions are free (for now)....   Darn it,
just about all audis have them wot switches.....  CARB exemption with true
"chip" mods is more detailed and tougher to document...
