Ur q ECM pressure sensor replacement!

A while back someone else mentioned their pressure sensor module had gone
belly up. I found that the sensor circuit used in the MAC-11 will work in
the MAC-02 with minor changes. I used an LM7805 5V to bring the 8V used in
the MAC-02 to 5V for the MAC-11 sensor I am using. Hurray, no more
detonation under boost! Time to crank down the WG spring! If anyone else
needs to do this, let me know and I'll give specifics. BTW, the actual
pressure sensor in the sensor module is the same on both ECMs, its just some
circuitry differences between the two. I have a theory that the divider
circuit that had been used in my ECM (ABT did it) overtaxed the output of the
circuit, causing it to fail.

Now that I have the timing straightened out, it's time to get the frequency
valve operating. I have the mixture set so the mixture is fat and happy
under boost, but idle and cruise is a little rich. I may put in the cat.
'test' pipe so I don't load up the cat., bet it'll sound pretty good too! My
little home made mixture display has proved to be invaluable in tuning the
car, I'd recommend anyone playing with their ECM to buy or make one...
replacing melted pistons is expensive.

Does anyone have a source (or specs.) on a 2SD1087 darlington transistor as
used in the MAC-02 to actuate the freq. valve? RDH? My usual source that
has almost everything couldn't help. Aack.
