Is it possible to affordable retrofit seat heaters in a 100CS?

My dealer says it can be done for, gulp!, THREE GRAND!!!!

I have seat heaters on my '87 5KCS TQ, and love the 'bun warmers' in 
winter,  but when I bought it I lived in IL,  when I bought the '93 100CS 
I was living in sub-tropical Houston, TX.
