Spraying the ISV with WD40 doees no good unless it is clean first. Go to the
Auto Parts store and get yourself a couple of cans of Brake Kleen. Then spray
the piss out of the ISV. Like me (and others) you will probably have to do
this about 6 or more times. Put it back in after you have sprayed it 3 times
and run the car for a while, then take it out again and spray some more.
Repeat procedure until the bloody thing works. Then lubricate it.
