Type 016 AGD code AWD tranny...

According to the Bentley manual for the 100/200, the AGD code transmission
has a 4.11 final drive and 1.458, 1.071 and .829 3rd, 4th and 5th gears...

According to the Bentley manual for the 5000, the AGD code transmission has
a 3.89 final drive ... does anyone know which of these is correct?

I'm considering purchasing one that's been offered to me cheaply ($250) but
the guy selling it won't let me pull the side cover to determine which gear
it's got since he doesn't want to put it back together in case I decide not
to buy it.  Of course, it probably doesn't matter since all I'd be using is
the gear carrier assembly (my 200q uses an electronic speedo drive) but I'd
like to know beforehand exactly what I'm buying, if possible.
