Bumper Fade and brake dust

well today I took advantage of the Portland OR 86 degree weather
and scrubbed away all the dirt and grime hiding on my 84 4kq
one thing that troubles me is the fact that the bumper covers 
finish
always manages to severly fade I used armor all for a while but 
every time
we get a sprinkle it runs and goops.

I saw this stuff called "Forever Black" which is suposse to 
re-dye the
plastic. has any one ever heard of this stuff and does it work?

if not does anyone know what does?


also my rims are covered with brake dust that does not want to 
come off
I got it off the spokes but on the seams around the rims its as 
thick
a thumb nail any suggestions for this without destroying the 
surface of my
rims?
