I received a response from Karen to my query and it basically restates what
Todd posted earlier ... the publication date for the next Quattro Quarterly
is July 1, 1996, so it'll be a few weeks yet before any info is available.

She also stated their application for tax-exempt status with IRS is pending
and the company's presently operating as a "not-for-profit" corporation per
Minnesota law.  I haven't had time to research this but I gather this means
(or at least *they* believe it means) they're not subject to the disclosure
requirements IRS imposes on tax-exempt organizations.

She also gave me Scott Thiss' telephone number and suggested I call him ...
I do believe I will.  Needless to say, I will report back with any info I'm
able to uncover during our conversation.  Stay tuned...
