rough idle cont'd

Today I soaked the ISV for the 2nd time in carb cleaner.  While it was off I
took apart all the hoses that attach to it to check for leaks.  No leaks but
they were all filled with crap.  Cleaned out all the hoses and replaced.
 Added a bottle of techron and filled up the tank.  No luck.  The engine ran
fine while I was driving around but as soon as I pulled into the garage that
dreaded rough idle returned.  Wonder what to try next...
