It is a matter of fact and not of opinion. 
'superchips' advertises 'chip upgrades'. 
This is a fact. 
For USA ur-q applications the past and present 'superchips' EPROM is identical to stock. 
This is a fact. 
Peter has acknowledged this as fact and states as much in his own web page.
