Vibration in front end

Well, reguarding the vibration in the front end of my 4KCSQ, I have now noticed
that there is a slight noise that occurs when I turn the car left, ie, loading
up the front left wheel., - BEARING  Could this be a wheel bearing going bad?
Would that cause the vibration above 55 mph, and then let the vibration
dissappear after 65 mph?  Could it only have this effect on the car?  How long
does it take to change the front wheel bearings?
