A4Q Questions?

Hello.

I am new to the list and will hopefully be a new A4Q owner quite soon. 
I do have a couple of questions, though.

First, I would really like to know if anyone has any fairly reliable info 
as to when the A4 will be getting its new 30 valve V6 here in America. If 
it's coming this fall, I'll surely wait for it. If not, then it'll be a 
tough decision. Also, is relative pricing known? Will the new V6 simply 
replace the current one for a nominal increase in price ($1-2k)?

Secondly, I was wondering if I am getting a good deal on my new A4Q. I am 
getting it in Silver with Black Leather interior (not leatherette), 
Quattro, All Weather Package, Remote Entry System, Sport Steering Wheel, 
Power Sunroof, and 6-Disc Audi CD Changer all for the price of $29,952 
(that includes destination charge). This is a manual Quattro, of course. 
Is that a good deal, or should I be able to bargain even further? Also, 
should I get an extended warranty, and if so, what should I pay for it.
