28 psi boost

possibilities:

*  someone has found a source for 110-120 octane

*  bad guage

*  that guage reads "absolute PSI"

*  that's 28 inches of Hg.

*  the compression ratio has been lowered to 5:1 or 6:1 with
   a new head etc.

*  someone will soon be visited by the wrath of the Audi Gods.
