Tire questions--Any advise

Greetings Q-fans,

I will shortly need a new set of tires for my wife's 1993 100CS (no Q).
It is currently equipped with factory Eagle GA 195/65HR15 tires. Since
this is not a sporty car and more luxury oriented, the GA have proven to
be great, quiet, smooth riding and 'okay' handling.

I am currently running Eagle GA 205/60HR15 tires on my '87 5000CS TQ.
I find this profile to provide me with better performance than the 65's,
but are still quiet and smooth.

I would like to improve the handling characteristics of the 100CS, but do
not want to suffer on quietness or smoothness. My priorities are:
1)Quiet, 2)Smooth, and 3)Handling.

Question 1: Is it wise to put 205/60's on the 100CS?

Question 2: Goodyear has a new Eagle RS-A, which is described as
"Goodyear's new premium high performance all season tire. Asymmetrical
tread design, great wet or dry, quiet and precise handling." Has anyone
had any experience with these?

Question 3: I like the Goodyear GA's, but does anyone have any other
Suggestions?

Viele Danke.
