Thanks for the response.  I was pretty confident after the last Alfa track
day I attended at PIR.  It was raining on that day, and except for the C4
Porsches, I felt I could hold my own.

This past Saturday was entirely different.  The track was perfectly dry.
All the fast cars you mentioned were out as were some very fast Corvettes.
It was very stressful.  Check my mirrors and no one was there and WOW! all
of a sudden we're four cars wide going into the first left hooker (can't
remember the #).  These guys were so close to me I couldn't see the hoods of
their cars!

My 200+ hp TQC was a joke compared to the 400+ hp C4s and race prepped cars.
A race prepped 914-6 passed my on the front straight like the Starship
Enterprise going into warp.  I was going 80 mph out of turn nine and he
passed my like I was going backward.

I had a great time though.  Learned a tremendous amount about tires and
pressure too.
