Check out the factoy instruction sheet for the factory 4k fog lights. 
Installed on
the model car is a lower valence spoiler. Not widely distributed, but they
were available. Made by Votex. I have one in the garage just waiting to
go on my 86 GT.

As for the fog lights, I am glad to learn that there are others as nuts as
I for keeping a couple spare sets of these lying around.
