Hey gals and guys,

Do them 12V electric impact wrenches work? Or are they just 'toys for the
boys' advertised in them 'guys' catalogs.

Mine Caliper carrier bolts were rust welded in good. Not 50 ft-lbs no more.

But I've got a nice 5 foot extender bar at my friend's house. Hope the 3/8
ratchet holds.

My friends 3/8 Sears ratchet is a little bent up after the rear shock
absorber workout. The lower bolt was released by placing ratchet wrench on
6" cheater bar. Then placing floor jack under the extender bar. Jacking the
wrench till it turned was not fun to watch. Lots of stored energy there . .
