Up to a point... a few weeks ago, I noticed that my 5kCSTQ was idling at
around 1100 rpm.  I had to screw the idle screw in a couple of turns to get
it back down to 800rpm.  (Actually, I adjusted it until I got
the correct current to the idle stabilizer valve, this automagically
made the idle correct.)
