Replacing starter on a 200

I reviewed the archives and they did not give any details on how to do 
this.  Unfortunately, I don't have a Bentley.  Is this a job a novice 
should not do, or is it an easy job most anyone can do?

If so, I would appreicate the basic steps, and I'll give it a try.  If 
you all think its something a novice can do, and I screw things up, I 
am sure those novices at Pep Boys could bail me out!  Appreciate any 
feedback. FYI, I am getting the intermittent squeeling when I start the 
car, and my regular show says its working at 250amp when hot, way over 
the normal range.
