8mm triple-square hex ... the local Sears store carries them.

Any foreign-car parts place should carry these since they're used on nearly
every German car ever made ... in a pinch, you can also use a bolt that has
a 17mm head and double-nut it.  German cars have lots of these, too...

BTW, remember to always remove the filler plug first then the drain plug...
