Glad to hear you pulled out of this one OK, both you and the Q. Q's are
replaceable though, remember that! ;)
Had a similar one this morning. heading onto 91N in Meriden today from
691, Im just warming up my 20V so Im taking it easy. A Tractor Trailer is
on my *** wanting me to go faster. I pull over but he doesnt pass. Now
its the exit for 91N so I pull back in in front of him (Raining pretty
hard this AM) Im on the exit ramp and the TT decides he wants to pressure
me so he gets a running start. I guess he's never been there before,
because the on ramp is a tight left hander with an increasing radius. I
look in my mirror and I see grill, then a crooked grill, then one front
tire waaaaay up in the air. I punch it around this corner (Yoko A509's
SUCK!) to clear him, and he went right over the bank, laying on its side.
WHEW!! Usually I have pretty good luck with TT drivers, they're
*generally* courteous, but just like us car drivers, every once in a
while you get a jerk. He deserved it. He was OK, I was OK, and nobody
was hurt at all. The onramp was closed and traffic was backed up tho...
Yup... its safer on the track. At least the majority of them have a clue! :)
