I called my brother in-law (who works for a tool retailer) because I knew
he had some Stahlwille tools.  He said that their source was through Assen-
macher Specialty Tools.  Their toll free number is:

They should be able to tell you if the tools are available and who you can 
contact in your area to purchase them.  If you don't have any luck drop me
a line and I'll connect you with my BIL.
