Hi, I went thru the same experience with my 90 Q. 20 valve. It developed 
a brake shudder at 100k km, cost me 830 for a front -brake job, and now I 
have 212 k km and the same vibration when braking. I was told that one 
can ruin even brand new rotors when they are hot and my dealer says its 
cheaper to ignore the vibration than replacing again.So I ve been putting 
up with it now for months-they claim it is not unsafe.I hope they are wright!
