Bright Lights

	Hella has just announced for sale the Hella Rall. 4000.  1st HID 
aftermarket [driving] light.  At 460 feet, Hella claims the light is 300% 
brighter than anything on the market.  Comes in driving or pencil beam.  
Best feature [other than blue-white brilliant light]?  The light comes 
with a small ballast that is installed behind the grill.  Ballast allows 
the light to be used--pulling only 2.9 amps!!  2nd best feature?  The 
lights will actually make your car faster!  See, I figger since the 
lights are $1k PER, most people will sell things like the hood, front 
fenders, interiors, spare tires, stereo, etc., in order to afford the 
lights--thereby lightening the car substantially in the process--less 
weight=better power to weight ratio= faster!!! Damned those Hella folks 
are smart.
