Timing belt for 89 model year 200 TQ

The change over to the "new" timing belt for the 200 TQ occurred very early in the
89 model year. The MFG date for the 89 model year 200 appears to start around 6/88.
If I remember correctly the new timing belt came in around 
VIN  KN 004000, whereas the dual knock sensor MC motor came in 
between the  10/88 and 11/88 manufacturing dates at 
VIN  number 44 KN038263.
