Need Ac help bad.

It's swelterin hot and my compressor isn't gettin juice.  Here is the scoop.
No voltage coming from the relay to the low pressure switch.  After popping
the cover of it and manually pressing contacts together, it does get juice
but compressor still will not kick on.  Radiator fan comes on as soon as
the button is pushed.  I am not real sure on how the wiring goes for
this but Hopefully I will get a fax from SELECTTRA soon.  Any thoughts,
help.  I am desperate as it is 95.  Thanks
