I think it is time for you to change the belt! If your belt is stretched, it is
probably also worn enough!

When I had a similar problem on my Fiat Strada (Ritmo 75), some time after that
the belt failed completely. The teeth under the crankshaft sprocket got shaved
once I wanted to start the engine. When I replaced the belt, I could see other
various teeth missing beyond that shaved region.
